Soy de ciudad. De pequeña quería tener un pueblo a dónde huir los veranos a pasar noches frescas y oír las campanas de la iglesia. La naturaleza y los animales siempre me conmovieron.
Hace treinta años llegué a Lanzarote, al pueblo de Haría y me enamoré de sus palmeras y sus enarenados plantados con unos surcos tan rectos que parecían haber sido dibujados con tiralíneas.
La Biotienda del mercado de Haría, me permite continuar vinculada con todo aquello, ofreciendo a las personas que así lo desean productos de calidad respetuosos con nuestro entorno y rendir homenaje a todos esos hombres y mujeres que con mucho esfuerzo ponen a nuestro alcance una fuente de salud y disfrute como es la comida ecológica.
